Move It to Lose It is for all ages and fitness abilities who want to improve their physical health, adopt healthy habits, and improve body composition. Classes meet twice a week, focusing on cardio, core strength and total-body strength using a variety of equipment.
Tai Chi combines leg strength, flexibility, range of motion, and reflexes with the mindfulness of coordination and balance.
Challenging cardio and resistance training class. Incorporates intervals and equipment to build cardio, strength, flexibility and endurance. Exercise Intensity: 4 Joint Impact: High
