MercyOne Health & Fitness Center offers a wide variety of group exercise classes designed to meet the needs of both fitness enthusiasts and those new to exercise classes. Each class is taught by a certified instructor, trained to provide an excellent, motivating class that is sure to make you want to come back again. Participants can feel comfortable jumping right into any of our classes, including yoga, cardio strength, cycling, Bodypump, aquatic classes and more.
Best of all, these classes are included with your membership, so be sure to take advantage of as many as you like!
Break up long periods of with these easy to do exercises that will take less than 5-minutes. We encourage 3 sets a day to see improvement.

In this class, we will alternate walking in various directions with short bursts of higher intensity movements that are sure to get your heart rate up, keep your muscles challenged and help you burn more calories. Modifications will be given for all levels.
