Small Group Training is a cardio and total-body strength class using a variety of equipment. This medium-to-high intensity class will improve your strength, cardiovascular health and core strength. Classes meet twice a week and have a maximum of 8 participants.
Days/Times:
Monday/Wednesday 6 – 7 a.m.
Monday/Wednesday 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.
Tuesday/Thursday 9 – 10 a.m.
Classes run continuously. To attend, purchase a punch card at the Member Services desk. When attending for the first time, please arrive early and talk to the trainer.
