What are your safety and sanitation procedures?

• Hand sanitizing stations are placed throughout the center.
• Disinfecting wipes are conveniently located throughout the center to clean equipment after use.
• There is scheduled disinfection of high touch areas throughout the day.
• Signage throughout the center to serve as reminders to wash hands and wipe down equipment.

Do you have a pool?

• We actually have two pools. A warm water/exercise pool as well as a lap pool.

Is there a sauna, steam room, and whirlpool at your facility?

• Yes. The saunas, steam rooms, and whirlpools are located in both Men’s and Women’s locker rooms.

Are members still wearing masks?

• Facemasks are optional in the common areas as well as on the fitness floor and in the studios.

What services are part of the membership?

• Group Exercise classes are part of your membership. Specialty classes, personal training, swim lessons, massage, and nutritional counseling are available for an additional fee.

What are your hours of operation?

Center Hours:

• Monday – Thursday 5 a.m. – 8 p.m.
• Friday 5 a.m. – 7 p.m.
• Saturday 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.
• Sunday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Pool Hours:

• Monday – Thursday 6 a.m. – 7:45 p.m.
• Friday 6 a.m. – 6:45 p.m.
• Saturday   8 a.m. – 3 p.m.
• Sunday   8 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Do you have towel service?

• We do not currently offer towel service.

Do you have child care?

• Kids in Motion child care is currently closed. We offer Swim, Fit and Fun Camp for kids 5-12 years old. Click here for more information.
