Our full-service locker rooms include complimentary shampoo, conditioner, moisturizing lotion, hair dryers, a steam room, sauna, and whirlpools.
Maintained at a comfortable 82˚, the lap pool offers four lanes, 25 yards in length. Two lanes are designated for lap swim at all times.
Our second pool is a warm-water therapy pool that is heated from 92-94˚ with a depth range of 3.5’ to 5’. Warm water stimulates body awareness, balance, and trunk stability.
We have a spacious free weights area with a wide variety of dumbbells and barbells as well as the latest machines.
We offer a huge assortment of cardio machines from treadmills, elliptical machines as well as stationary bikes. Several pieces have television screens mounted on the equipment for your viewing pleasure.
We have a spacious group exercise studio where we host a variety of group exercise classes for all fitness levels. Classes are taught by certified instructors, trained to provide an excellent, motivating class that is sure to make you want to come back again.
