Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention

Join Becky Robel, the founder, instructor, and trainer at Tai Chi Iowa in this fall-risk reduction exercise program. Tai Chi combines leg strength, flexibility, range of motion, and reflexes with the mindfulness of coordination and balance.

This program is open to the community! All fitness levels are welcome. Class can be done standing or seated in a chair.

Registration is required. Register online or at the Member Services desk.
