Specialty class designed for people with Parkinson's Disease. Non-contact boxing workout that addresses disease symptoms. Doctor's release and an initial assessment is required. Mat Pilates is a low impact, full body workout with emphasis on alignment, breath, and core work. Pilates helps improve flexibility and builds functional strength and endurance in the entire body. Class Intensity: Low to Moderate, Joint Impact: Low.
A bootcamp style class, mixing strength exercises and cardiovascular training. Expect to work every muscle in your body, as well as your heart and lungs. Intensity: Moderate to High
Specialty class/program. To participate, Members can purchase a 5 or 10 session class package for $25 or $50 respectively. Played between two teams, no set teams, participants may join either side. Friendly competition. Beach ball is used. Game rules are on the back of the program flyer. All abilities are welcome.

Small Group Training is cardio and total-body strength class using a variety of equipment. This medium-to-high intensity class will improve your strength, cardiovascular health, and core strength. Class meets twice per week. Join any time by purchasing a punch card at the Member Services desk.
Ignite is a small group training program designed for anyone looking to take their fitness to the next level. Total body weight training that will improve strength, build lean muscle and decrease body fat. Class meets twice per week. $99 for 10 sessions.
Move to the beat with choreographed steps while lined up in rows. Dancing will lift your mood, reduce stress, and improve your balance and flexibility. Class ends with balance work and stretching. Class intensity: Low-Moderate.
