Fit & Strong Kids – Small Group Training for Youth
Fit & Strong Kids focuses on building your child’s foundation for a healthy lifestyle. With the guidance of our Youth Exercise Specialist, each workout will focus on coordination, strength, speed and endurance. This is the perfect program for kids ages 8 to 12 years old.
Learn proper strength training techniques while using dumbbells and barbells.
Engage in conditioning training with unique equipment.
Develop athleticism by improving agility and speed.
Practice functional movements to aid in everyday activities and sports.
