Small Group Training is a cardio and total-body strength class using a variety of equipment. This medium-to-high intensity class will improve your strength, cardiovascular health and core strength. Classes meet twice a week and have a maximum of 8 participants.
Days/Times:
Classes run continuously. To attend, purchase a punch card at the Member Services desk. Try a class for free if you are unsure if Small Group Training is right for you. Please arrive early and talk to the trainer.
