Small Group Training is a cardio and total-body strength class using a variety of equipment. This medium-to-high intensity class will improve your strength, cardiovascular health and core strength. Classes meet twice a week and have a maximum of 8 participants.
Day/Time:
Monday/Wednesday 6 – 7 a.m. with Alec
Monday/Wednesday 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. with Sydney
Monday/Wednesday 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. with Sydney
Tuesday/Thursday 9 – 10 a.m. with DaShawn
Dates: Sessions typically start on the first week of each month.
