Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention, Part 1, is a fall-risk reduction exercise program. It combines leg strength, flexibility, range of motion, and reflexes, with the mindfulness and coordination of balance. Class can be done seated or standing. Class intensity: Low.
Registration required. Pre- and post program balance testing is included.
