Join this 3-week series to learn and practice exercises and stretches that both warm you up before and cool you down after the game.
We will be working the primary muscles in the mechanics of the golf swing – stance, transition, backswing, downswing, and follow-through. Plus, we will work muscle groups that help support and
balance you!
All fitness levels are welcome. Maximum 18 participants.
Face coverings are required for part of the class, may be removed while actively exercising.
