An event every week that begins at 9:30 am on Sunday, repeating until April 25, 2021
4-week total body program on/off the bike.* Class will start with high intensity, mixed terrain cycling, and will be followed by strength training, core work,
flexibility exercises and stretching.
In addition to cycling, you will lift weights, and explore Barre, Pilates, and Yoga moves to get a total body workout.
All fitness levels are welcome. Maximum 15 participants.
Dates: March 28 – April 25 (no class on April 4)

*Face coverings are required, may be removed while actively exercising on the bike or mat.
