This low-impact, fun and inspiring total body water workout utilizes movements and positions from dance, Pilates, and yoga that have been adapted to be challenging and effective in water.
All fitness levels are welcome. No swim experience is necessary. Wear proper swim attire, water shoes are optional. Bring a towel.
