An event every week that begins at 10:30 am on Friday, repeating indefinitely

Active Adults on Fridays will be different each week and can include Cardio Dance Lite, Zumba Gold, Barre Lite, Cardio Strength. Please check the weekly printed schedule for this week’s format. A copy is available at the Member Services desk as well as at the Fitness desk upstairs.

Moderate intensity, low impact class that uses a variety of fitness formats to build strength, cardiovascular fitness, balance and flexibility. All fitness levels and abilities are welcome! Class intensity: Low to Moderate.
