Member Achieves Fitness Goals through Personal Training
Brad Wright, a member of Mercy Health & Fitness Center uses personal training to increase his muscle tone, flexibility, and overall fitness. He trains with instructor Talon 3 days per week and uses what he learns in training to workout independently. Brad is happy with the Center, his training and his results.
“I like coming to Mercy Health & Fitness Center, the employees are very friendly and the Center is exceptionally clean. It has everything I need as far as equipment, sauna, and steam room. I can tell I am accomplishing my goals as my shirt sleeves are getting tight,” said Brad.
